The restaurant is amazing!!! The food is delicious! The atmosphere is so cozy and charming. People are so friendly, the attention is outstanding. We already throw a party for our Company, was great! My husband and I just ate here tonite..let me tell you how wonderful it was//we just happend to buy the 'EVERSAVE" coupon that was offered June 10th..what a score!! Everyone...you have to come here..you will not be disapointed...we ordered the calamari and the house salad as an appitezer,but even before that we were treated to a chefs surprise..a complimentary appitezer ot portobello ravioli w/shrimp and muscles in a heavenly cream sauce..(thank you),the calamari was sweet and crunchy..and the salad was delicious and so fresh,not cold like other restaurants,just the way i love it! As for our entrees..I had the baked haddock with broccoli and my husband had the salmon with the fresh lentils..WOW..what a treat..you'll just have to come here to experience it all..great service,and friendly staff..This is by far a hidden jewel in Somerville that cannot be missed. Thank you Mario. We will be returning for another adventure.

"Much improved since the name change! Service was good, food was good and ambiance very nice, with tablecloths, low lighting and real candles. They seem to have finally gotten their act together! Decent small wine list. Chef sent free mussel appetizers. Well presented. Bread with pesto sauce. I had the Arugula Salad. Dressing was light and perfectly matched to the taste of the arugula. nice shavings of Parmesan on top, with a full plate of prosciutto underneath. I took half the prosciutto home. We also had the bone-in rib eye with mashed potatoes. Bone-LESS rib eye was perfectly cooked with a balsamic reduction and truffle oil drizzle, steak needed some salt. mashed potato pancake was delicious! with hint of gorgonzola and truffle oil."

"We had a wonderful experience at Brunello! The restaurant was not crowded at all, but our service was absolutely wonderful and the chef even sent out complimentary appetizers. We both ordered specials, and they were really good. The red velvet cake that we shared for desert was simply perfect. Overall, this was a great find right in the neighborhood! Our waitress mentioned that they have outdoor dining space as well...we'll definitely be back for that!"

"This was our second visit to brunello bistro. Still the best Italian outside of the North End. misfortune. Started with bread and pesto and, despite consuming it by myself I wasn't filled. Later, thee of us had the rosemary chicken and one had the lamb ossobucco. All four dishes, along with my after dnner beverage were magnificently prepared and presented, and, to top it off, we didn't have to engage in the seemingly endless search for parking characteristic of a North End dining experience.The chef Alexandro paid a visit to our table where shared his lamb recipe with me,very Professional. brunello boasts a more extensive menu and lower prices than than most Italian restaurants in the area. Maybe Somerville doesn't have the atmosphere"
